Anne began her dance training in Lawrence, Kansas. She graduated with a B.A. in dance and architecture from Washington University in St. Louis, where she discovered life without dance is not the same. At WUSTL she was fortunate to work with each faculty member and was chosen to work with and perform for several guest choreographers including Gus Solomons, Jr., Alonzo King, Bonnie Oda Homsey, David Curwin, and Alberto del Saz. She also helped produce and choreographed for several student dance concerts. Since moving to Chicago in 2008, Anne has been keeping up her studies around the city. She has performed in Dance Chicago, Rebound Dance Festival, and with Joel Hall Dancers II and Valerie Alpert Dance Company.
